My first job in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company was with financial account, where I enhance my English communication and customer service skills. After working as a Customer Service Representative, I also worked as a Online English Tutor where I gain my knowledge in PDF conversion and Word Processing. Working in this kind of field, I was able to be improve my knowledge and experience, especially in Administrative support.
I also studied the Spanish language and an intermediate level of proficiency.
I am a multi-tasker and a fast learner. I also value integrity so rest assured, I am someone who you can trust to do the task diligently.
