Upgrade to see actual info B. Upgrade to see actual info is a young and innovative lawyer. His areas of law practice include corporate services, family business, commercial and business transactions, employment and labor relations law, immigration, taxation and intellectual property.  

Currently, Mr. Upgrade to see actual info is a faculty at the University of San Carlos’s School of Business and Economics, where he teaches accounting, finance, marketing, taxation, and business law courses. He is also a law professor at the School of Law and Criminal Justice Education in Phinma - Southwestern University, where he teaches corporation law, environmental law, law on sales, partnership, and credit transaction, and taxation amongst others. 

He served as the corporate legal counsel of New Alchemy Limited (Philippine Branch) and Vicsal Development Corporation, a holding company of Metro Gaisano Group of Companies. At present, he is the corporate legal counsel of the 6R Group of Companies which includes RDAK Transport Equipment Inc. and RDAK Global Motors, Inc. among others. Likewise, he serves as corporate secretary and legal counsel of various condominium corporations, and BPO companies in Cebu City, Philippines. 

He also used to be an Associate at SyCip, Salazar, Hernandez and Gatmaitan Law Offices, the largest law firm in the Philippines. Prior to pursuing law, he was a Tax Practitioner at SVG & Co. (Cebu Branch), one of the leading accounting and consulting firms in the Philippines, and the Cebu Branch Officer of Institutional Synergy Inc., an actuarial firm that specializes on establishment and valuation of tax qualified retirement plans. 

He is also a member of the Philippines Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and the integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Cebu City.
