Subject Matter Research Analyst
1. Investment Criteria Terminologies – Knowledge in investment
criteria strategies, with a primary focus in alternative asset classes such as real
estate, fund-of-funds, infrastructure, natural resources and private equity. Skilled
in identifying a fund manager’s investment criteria, portfolio investments,
fund raising and market factors affecting investments.
2.  Organization & Time Management – Skilled in working under a deadline driven work environment while maintaining desired quality results and reaching the team’s require productivity. Ability to sort tasks accordingly based on the level of prioritization through realistic planning and goal setting to reach the company’s expected quota.
3. Research Analysis – Utilizing different sources of data to retrieve accurate information, with a primary focus in regulatory filings such as the IAPD (Investment Adviser Public Disclosure) SEC Form D (U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission) and CIMA (Cayman Islands Monetary Authority) Ability to carefully classify the analyzed source hierarchy (such as Fund manager website, regulatory filings, PR article and reliable LinkedIn sources) to test the level of accuracy.
4. Team Player – Incorporating upbeat and collaborative interpersonal skills in various group projects. Establish building good rapport with colleagues through active listening, conflict resolution, compromise and open-mindedness.
5. Communication skills- Proficient in the use of English as a mode communication in both written outputs and interactive group presentations.
6. Mastery of Microsoft Office programs – Knowledgeable in the use of MS Office programs; Microsoft Word and Excel.
7. Classroom Management: Application of effective problem-solving techniques to manage difficult student behavior. Utilizing different teaching methods for increased classroom participation and engagement.
8. Play-based Learning: Application of play-based learning activities catered to the interests and needs of a preschool child. Improvise and create play-based learning instructional materials and hands-on learning activities for each lesson plan. 
9. Preschool Assessment: Formulating and making use of different assessment tools such as initial, summative and formative assessment. Carefully plan and execute purposeful play-based assessment tools/activities geared towards evaluating a child’s overall level.
10. School Events Planning: Organize and preparation of in and out school activities (Field Trips, Outreach Programs, etc.) Strategical planning of upcoming school activities catered accordingly to the full school year calendar.
11. Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP): Create conducive, safe and resilient instructional materials, lesson plan/activities generally tailored to the child's social/emotional, physical and cognitive development. Application of this strategy into effective practice for promoting classroom engagement.
12. Communication skills: Build a healthy rapport with parents and considering them as a reliable partner towards the child learning development. Able to build a healthy trustworthy connection with the kids by choosing words that are developmentally appropriate for their level of understanding.
