Profile Description

I am a graduate of Mass Communication from the University of the Philippines where I majored in Journalism. After graduation, I immediately looked for a job and landed one as a Customer Care Representative in the BPO. My career started with me working as an agent but I never ceased from learning and seeking for growth so from my first job as an agent, I was given an opportunity to work in Human Resources. My HR background consists of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and Corporate Communications. I have been part of multinational companies here in the Philippines and have worked with great teams both onshore and offshore.

Aside from my experience in the BPO and in Design Engineering, I also had a teaching stint where I taught English subjects to students in the university. The subjects that I taught include Business English, Technical Writing, and Public Speaking. I also experienced teaching English to Japanese students online.

With all my work experiences, I can say that if there is one thing that I am always passionate about, it is my passion to write and Upgrade to see actual info has always been my interest to communicate and interact with people that is why I took Mass Upgrade to see actual info matter what industry I join, I always make it a point that part of my job description is to communicate and help in talent retention and development.
