Doing full set bookkeeping for entities in Singapore, Philippines, and Thailand, with some minor accounting tasks for entities in Australia, Hong Kong, US and North America.
Accounts Receivable? Issuance of invoices (AU, SG, TH, HK clients)
• In charge of payment receipts
• Performs collection activities?? Producing AR aging reports and SOAs
• Revenue recognition
Bank Reconcilation
Accounts Payable
•Post entry for supplier invoices
• Set-up telegraphic transfers to suppliers
• Expense claims processing
Reporting
• Timely preparation of weekly/monthly reports to variousstakeholders including but not limited to the following:
- Weekly BU Report (KPI Report)
- Weekly Sales Forecast Report
- Monthly Timesheet Report
Budgets & Forecasts
• Assists in the weekly cash flow preparation
• Involves in the annual sales & expense forecast
Tax submission (GST, WHT and VAT)
• Preparation of BAS (AU) VAT & Withholding Tax forsubmission (TH, SG)
Month -end Closing
• Bank reconciliation
• Interco rechargeables & Transfer Pricing
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Balance Sheet reconciliation
Payroll (Philippines, Singapore)
• Preparation and submission of CPF, IR8A & IR21 (SG)
• Preparation and submission of employee income tax (PHILS)
• Process claims, loan availments?? Submission of statutory contributions (PHILS)?
