Accounts Receivable
- Issuance of invoices (AU, SG, HK clients)
- In charge of payment receipts
- Performs collection activities

- Post entry for supplier invoices
- Set-up telegraphic transfers to suppliers

Reporting
- Timely preparation of weekly/monthly reports to various
stakeholders including but not limited to the following:
- Weekly BU Report (KPI Report)
- Weekly Sales Forecast Report
- Monthly Timesheet Report
Budgets & Forecasts
- Assists in the weekly cash flow preparation
- Involves in the annual sales forecast
GST and Tax
- Preparation of VAT & Withholding Tax for submission
Month-end Closing
- Bank reconciliation
- Interco rechargeables & Transfer Pricing
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Balance Sheet reconciliation
Autotask (CRM)
- In-charge of managing Autotask
- Build-up management reports (Timesheet, BU Reports,
Cost Reports)
- Performs internal audit of projects to ensure they are
billed accordingly
- Improves system procedures and initiate corrective
actions
