I have been exploring the Virtual Assistant field and trying to learn new things about it. I have been working in the BPO industry for more than 8 long years and wanted to bring these learnings in carrying myself on gaining unlimited knowledge in the field of VA.
As I have always been an inquisitive learner, I can easily cope with the product knowledge that I will be supporting once hired. My experiences in customer service and technical support are going to be my edge on how to provide world-class customer service satisfaction.
I am a former Team Leader/ Team Manager handling international TELCO accounts specific to AT&T. That being said I am trained on doing admin tasks and can navigate MS Office tools which is going to be useful in doing admin tasks and data recording. I am a very competitive leader when I am handling a team I want to make sure that I am honing and molding individuals as future leaders. My capability in a leadership role is teaching me how to master time management which is very useful in completing tasks ahead of time and I have that. Besides my team management capability is outstanding and my proficient command of English is also counted.
