I've been in the industry for almost 5 years now. with the experience of being an inbound customer service representative for one of the biggest food delivery and telco companies in the US. I was trained to provide email, chat, and voice customer service support. Due to the pandemic I stopped working in the office because I have three children and their health safety is my number 1 priority as a mother.
