I am James Tonilon, 24 years of age. I am currently employed in a BPO company that specializes if multiple fields, namely; Sales, Technical Service, Data Extraction and Customer Service.
I am a former student of a computer - related course and is very familiar with basic troubleshooting skills. I am very familiar in using Microsoft applications such as word, excel, power point and many more.
Employment experience has been mostly in the BPO Industry. I have previously worked as a Technical Support and Customer Service from my previous employer. I provide both technical and customer service to any mobile phone issue and computer related issues. I was also designated as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) from one of my previous employer after 2 weeks of employment.
I am currently employed in a Sales account and has been with the company for 3 years. I am currently assigned to do Sales, but is also designated for Customer Service and Technical Support. Our company deals with businesses all over the United States, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico. I manage our business relation with customers who come from the State of Washington, Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico and all other customers/ businesses who are located outside US. I am also a Training Coordinator who coordinates with the trainees for Product Knowledge and Company Procedures and Protocols.
