I am responsible for receiving emergency and non-emergency calls from people who needs service. I manage calls and ensure that the proper response team is in place to take care of the caller. I have extensive training on Customer Service which enables me to communicate effectively between customers and technicians, close deals, and do admin tasks efficiently and bring it to a higher level. My communication skill's excellent and I can work more than 8hrs to finish deadlines ahead of time. I can also work gracefully under pressure and with less supervision.
