Profile Description

I’m a former call center agent for almost 8 years. I handled inbound, outbound, technical, sales and banking accounts. I know how to deal with different types of customers including the irate ones. I may not have an experience with freelancing but I am very much eager to learn and work hard for this job. I have a strong work ethic, I do research specially if I’m not familiar with the task and I worked hard to learn and to finish the task given in the right time.
