In addition, I am proficient in research tools like Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc. I manage various tools such as Answerconnect, Google Business Listing, Zillow Premiere Agent, KvCore (CRM), CINC (CRM), Brivity (CRM), Upgrade to see actual info, Upgrade to see actual info, Homebot.ai, Upgrade to see actual info, SISU and Mojo, all to provide excellent service and support to my clients.  As a Database Manager, my responsibility is to ensure that the database is organized and maintained accurately to achieve the business goals. Assigning leads to listing alerts and auto plans, nurturing and qualifying leads, reviewing lead activity, setting lead routing rules, managing external leads, and ensuring long-term nurturing of clients. Lastly, I prepare weekly reports and keep detailed records of client information in the CRM.
