I'm a Sales & Service Representative. I have been tasked to do the following tasks; Handling calls to solve their issues/problems.
I'm also a Purchasing Encoder who maintains the database by entering new and updated customer and account information. Able to use Microsoft Excel to insert order data and the item for their future order.
Also, I can also do basic tasks like; Data Entry, Spreadsheets with the use of Google Docs & Drive. Do some troubleshooting on the computer. Additional Skills are editing photos and programming language.
Lastly, I am an Information Technology graduate with 7 months of experience in the field of Sales & Marketing. Experience like; Sales Reports. Conduct Research. Promote sites. Although this is not related to my course I just want to explore everything that I don't know.
