• Downloading Annual Tax Reports for clients
• Keep up to date on new wrap functionalities/Liaise with Wrap BDMs
• Manage CRM templates
• Keep posted with CPI/AWOTE updates

 Client-related

• Collate and provide tax reports to clients/Accountants
• Data Entry - Update Client information in the CRM
• Liaise with Accountants for Annual Tax Returns
• Obtaining existing investment/super and insurance information for clients
• Prepare product comparison reports for advisers
• Project Managing New applications/info updates on behalf of clients
• Regular follow-up calls to check on application/form status
• Research and provide reports on requested strategies/technical info
• Responding to requests for info re SMSF clients

Annual Reviews

• Assist advisers with creating/formatting PowerPoint presentations
