Profile Description

I am a Managing Directress of a wholesale and retail company. I oversee daily operations of 4branches and online transactions of the whole company managing teams, delegating works to make sure all has been in place for the success of the operations of sales and other departments.

I am also handling for the meantime the accounting department. I manage and oversee the daily operations of the Accounting Department including month end process, Accounts Receivable/Payable, General Ledger, Payroll, Cash Position monitoring, revenue and expenditures, bank reconciliation, employee advances. I also do Government reporting such as BIR returns and reports, mandatory remittances like SSS, Philhealth and Pag ibig. Monthly financial reporting such as Profit and Loss, Cash Flow Projection, Monthly operating expenses, summary of non moving items.
I also process business registrations such as Business permits, BIR Registration, DTI registration, SSS/PHIC/HDMF registrations. Do bookkeeping services to various Sole Proprietors.
