As a marketing officer, providing excellent customer service is the main priority for me, not just campaigns and tactics. I deal with clients on a daily basis, and I view them as more than just contacts—rather, as unique people with their own interests and concerns. Whether it's providing clarification on specifics or generating ideas, my goal is to ensure their satisfaction. Gaining trust and loyalty is more important in developing these relationships than merely making sales. My motivation as a marketer comes from making customers feel heard and appreciated.
