Profile Description

I have eleven years of experience working various jobs which extended my horizon to a lot of things and made my work ethic impeccable.

I've been into a BPO industry way back in 2011 as a Customer Service Representative, wherein I manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly. Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions.

I am also an experienced Reservation Sales Specialist. I worked for Intercontinental Hotels Group and undergo extensive training for selling hotel room reservations all over the Globe.

I also worked for an Insurance Campaign wherein we pre-qualify leads, ask them different sets of questions then transfer them to the licensed insurance agents. I worked for one and half years respectively.

I am also experienced in handling Real Estate campaigns, used to manage CRM such as Podio, Mojo dialer, REI Simple, Propstream, and Zoho. My task includes - cold calling different homeowners, Lead Generation (surfing MLS/Zillow), property research/running comps, generating offers, and doing follow-ups.

I also worked as an Assistant Property Manager wherein I attract tenants by advertising vacancies. Responding to leasing inquiries. Screening potential tenants and scheduling property viewing, Preparing rental contracts, and collecting the deposit. Ensure all tenants are paid with their rent. Tenant Issues and work order management. Paying property expenses such as utilities and helping track with Finances.

I'm flexible, hardworking, willing to be trained, and a team player. I am very familiar with using all Microsoft offices and Google products,  My years of experience taught me a lot of things and helped me grow professionally in this industry and I can say, I am an employee who can work with the highest standards and I am confident that my successful experience in the field would make me an asset to your team.
