A self-starter person with an experience as Virtual Assistant with experience in banking operations, loans processing, customer service associate and database entry has helped me develop my corporate skills for a worthwhile contribution. I deal with different clients' needs from cash to other documentation needed either for personal or business purposes. As a loans processor, a thorough evaluation of applications, preparing documents, conducting the Know Your Customer (KYC) process to assess the qualification of the client. I am resilient and can deal with setbacks, react positively and can develop strategies. Good communication skills to deliver a tailored message to the target client/s and create a good business relationship. Moreover, the ability to adapt to new situations and learn new skills to motivate and lead others in the workplace to successfully achieve the company's goal. Having teamwork and interpersonal skills like work ethics, and conflict management to minimize interpersonal issues, enhance client satisfaction and produce better business outcomes.
