Profile Description

I've been in the BPO industry for nine years.   I've been in back-office support for five years, dealing with admin tasks. I am an experienced content moderator who controls the quality of sponsored ads before they go live on social media platforms using Workplace and SRT Tool. 
For the Virtual Assistant task, one of my jobs was maintaining and posting products on Facebook and Instagram, using the Volusion website, uploading photos and videos, and writing product descriptions. 
I have been a customer support representative for telco and small kitchen appliances accounts. My tasks included Receiving Incoming calls, supporting customer concerns like payments, managing customer accounts, and doing basic troubleshooting. I also made outgoing calls to update customers on their orders, warranty replacements, and the job status of their repairs.
I am always dedicated to my work and focus on it to deliver it accurately. I want to work in your company to share my skills and knowledge and be part of an excellent growing company.
I can work more than 30 hours a week and start immediately. I may be new and don't have a lot of finished projects but I can assure you that my skills and knowledge will be a big help in your business.
