I am Upgrade to see actual info, a God-fearing and dedicated aspiring virtual assistant aiming to help start-up Christian entrepreneurs manage and organize their filing systems and support their customer care tasks. I am always inspired to work with entrepreneurs who aim not just to promote their products or services to the public but also to give equal importance to their spiritual well-being.

My fifteen years of experience working in the corporate world greatly helped me adapt to the constant change within the company while enjoying the responsibility being assigned to me. It trained me to be professional in dealing with people, both within and outside the company.  My daily encounters with client members not only contributed to my excellent active listening and communication skills but also helped me nurture every Upgrade to see actual infont I attended to their needs. I always have the eagerness to look for ways to simplify my daily tasks, if there are any.

I love using Excel, and when I was tasked with submitting weekly reports, I created a simple formula to generate reports quickly and accurately. I have a passion for learning new things, which is why I constantly join free webinars or watch YouTube tutorials of things that interest me, like AI, Canva, and Excel, to name a few.
As an entry-level virtual assistant, my eagerness to improve my skills, my desire to help the company, and my adherence to the golden rule can be my advantages over others.
