Profile Description

I have been in the BPO industry for about 10 years. I started as a phone representative, I am able to answer a constant flow of customer calls up to 8 calls in queue per minute. I have sales background since I was also trained to upsell after assisting the customers with their concerns. I also experienced being part of the technical team where I assist customers with their technical issues and provide step by step and detailed information or instruction on how to resolve their issues. I also experienced being a chat and email representative. I was able to handle 5 chats at the same time, so being a chat representative, I was trained to be very keen with details and made sure that the information I am providing is for the correct customer I was also part of the emails department where I am required to answer at least 8 emails per hour. My position on my last job was as a quality assurance specialist. As a quality assurance specialist, I monitor the agent's phone calls to make sure that they are providing correct information and exemplary service to each and every customer. I also handle our company’s social media accounts and reseller ratings. I answer customers ‘ posts on our social media and reseller rating.
I have been an appointment setter and a virtual assistant for a project-based job. I also have experience in data entry. I was able to work for a private individual researching and entering data of patients.
