I facilitate the recruitment and selection for all job vacancies of the company for the main office and branch assignments by processing manpower request and approval for hiring, preparing and posting job announcements thru available medium, accepting applications and administering written examinations, conducting initial screening interviews, submitting recommendations and organizing panel interviews, orienting newly-hired staff and monitoring employment status and initiating staff performance evaluation according to schedules and as necessary. I coordinate with job search agencies and other external options regarding job posts. I also issue appointment letters, acceptance letters, memorandums, employment contracts, certificate of employment and other certifications, appropriate memos and other internal and external communications. Making of skeletal forces for the branches during holidays is also part of my job. I distribute memos to concerned personnel or department and issuing AWOL letter and clearance forms to resigned employees. I analyze jobs, the functions within and skills required, prepare evaluation reports and resulting job description and specifications. I give assistance to our senior, middle management and rank and file personnel regarding implementations of company policies, labor standards, recruitment process and other human resource plans, including employee grievances and disciplinary proceeding. I provide basic counseling to staff experiencing performance related problems. I prepare performance evaluation; such as renewal and end of contract and performance appraisal employees. I administer the completeness and maintenance of employee 201 files and other pertinent department files. I also help provide payroll information by collecting time and attendance records. I verify applicants skills by administering and scoring test and conduct background investigation applicants.
