As a Sr. Recruiter | Sr. Sourcing Specialist at Mountleap, a boutique organizational consulting and executive search company, I help our clients align their talents with their business goals. I specialize in finding and engaging candidates with strong bilingual (English and Mandarin) and cross-cultural skillsets, as well as relevant hard skills. I have a proven history of establishing dedicated China Teams for local Australian firms and recruiting local Australian talents for Chinese firms entering the Australian market.
In my previous roles, I have collaborated with Recruiters and Account Managers to understand job requirements. I have used LinkedIn, Seek, Indeed, Reed, Facebook, Alumni lists, and alternative search techniques to source and activate passive candidates. I have also participated in role briefing with the clients and contributed to the development and execution of sourcing strategies.
