As an experienced customer service representative and client partner, I was responsible for ensuring that healthcare professionals meet the necessary qualifications and credentials required to provide patient care. My primary role revolves around verifying and maintaining accurate records of healthcare providers' credentials, certifications, licenses, and other relevant documentation. As a medical biller, I was also responsible for posting insurance company payments and/or responses into the various systems based on client, such as electronic, ERA, or paper explanation of benefits. Reviewing the recent codes of partial and full denials, utilizing carrier portals or calling for clarification as well as resubmission and reconsider of given claims with appropriate reasons. Moreover, my background in customer service and client partner management has equipped me with excellent communication skills and the ability to provide top-notch assistance to clients.
