Maverick Upgrade to see actual info is a multimedia and communication hyphenate. He pursued a creative direction as an associate producer for an international feature film project under Tim Fitzharris Images. During the 2022 elections, he interned at Rappler to track the presidential race of Manny Pacquiao and the vice presidential race of Sarah Duterte, supervised by reporters.

Upgrade to see actual info organized several events for three consecutive years, including the University of the Philippines Cebu’s Creative Writing Program Pundok Katitikan Lecture Series.
He has also worked on projects with non-profit organizations and companies offering to communications strategy and efforts. He started his solid footing on marketing taking up local and international companies for about 4 years. He then later helped launched several campaigns in the academe such as the 1081 Exhibit.

Additionally, Upgrade to see actual info is a young creative. He wrote, directed, and produced short films, and theater plays in Cebuano stage. Last November 2022, he has written and directed a play for Bidlisiw Foundation’s Kulukabildo Theatre Festival entitled Sama sa Mga Duwaan ni Inday.

Passionate about communication, he hosts and speaks for events and forums for causes like human rights, press freedom, gender and identity, and community-related issues. In 2023, he served as a panel and speaker for YouthLed PH’s #Kasikas where he eludicated youth’s critical consciousness saliency.

In his free time, he volunteers at Hutt City FM, a radio station in New Zealand, where he serves as an associate producer for a legal and culture segment.
