Customer Service Experience : Process orders in person or over a phone. Collect and research information to identify and resolve problematic situations. Conduct outbound follow-up calls to potential and existing customers via telephone and emails to qualify leads and to sell products and services. Resolve personal complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations to the management. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Account/Logistics Specialist : Prepares work to be processed by gathering, sorting, organizing, and recording data, information, and documents. Resolves complaints by investigating issues and composing responses; referring non-standard complains. Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information Establish, update and maintain professional relationship with clients / customers. Participate in the daily/weekly meetings and recommend suggestions on how to improve the work and increase efficiency of the Upgrade to see actual infomunicate important or urgent issues directly to the Upgrade to see actual inforve as a problem-solver for the client, helping them identify investment criteria, recognize and handle concerns that arise as consultation moves closer to decision.
