I am well-organized, dynamic, detailed-oriented, very patient and positive, can multi-task, and most importantly a goal-driven person. This comprises financial analysis and forecasting, the improvement and implementation of business processes, and people management including performance assessment (KPIs), coaching, and disciplinary action for employees.
