Profile Description

I have experience in Administrative Assistant, Bookkeeping, Payroll and Email Processing for 4 years of work in corporate company. I am responsible for recording and maintaining a business financial transactions such as purchases, expenses and sales revenue and record it into general ledgers. I am proficient in microsoft office suite including word, excel, powerpoint, i am skilled in creating and formatting documents, managing spreadsheets and creating vissually appealing presentation, i m also proficient in calendar and scheduling software like microsoft outlook and google calendar.
Also, I do have an experience as a Payroll Officer so I must say that I have the Problem Solving Skill, Strong Communication Skill and Calmness. I do also Email Processing and Payment transactions Online, specifically the Tax Payments and Benefits of the company.
I am self motivated and hardworking
person, I can manage multiple task and projects and carried out effectively and on time, I am also very good at working under pressure.
