Profile Description
I started working in the BPO industry since 2014. I have work with a couple of Big BPO companies such as JP Morgan Chase, Co., and Teleperformance as a Customer Service Representative. Moved up the ladder after a few years as a Subject matter expert and was promoted as a Team leader after 2 months. After Tech Mahindra, I transferred to a different Company and started as a Sales Agent for more than a year. I moved up the ladder again and was promoted as a Team Supervisor for a sales account. That account started with only 5 Agents and after 6 months
I was able to grow the account to 50 heads and more heads are still being added up to now. I do Lead forecast and lead analysis.
