On my first job, which is my previous job, I worked as a Customer Service Representative for 2 years and half at BPO where I handled Healthcare Account. My job description was to assist member to navigate the health care system, I stand as their Health Navigator or as we call it Member Services. From the word services, I extend my service with helping them not just to help them with their health insurance. I embrace the grey by helping them to call doctors whenever they run out of medication and needing prescription, I called their doctors for making an appointment, I called the pharmacy to refill their medication. And all the possible things I can do for them regarding their health and personal struggle. Working with them for that long made my realize my skills was really to help people in a way that I can. May it be personal or business as usual.
