I have an experience as Customer Service Representative/Technical Support/ Customer Service Executive/Account Officer .

Being in a Call Center industry for almost 3 years helped me to become more patient and taught me what good customer service is all about. 
I've been taking calls for almost 3 years. My daily task includes receiving calls from customers that are checking the status of their deliveries, booking for a pick up or collection of items from their business address and residential address all over Australia. 
I also handled technical support based in the US for Comcast which provides Internet Service , Home Security, Telephone and etc. 

I also worked as an Account Officer in Rizal Rural Bank, my daily task is to attend center meetings,approved loan applications,customer intelligence(CI), disbursement of loans, and savings officer.
