I started my career as a Customer Service Representative which had helped me developed my Customer Service skills in handling clients over the phone with booking of travel reservations and sales. I later joined a Digital Marketing Company where I became a Process Executive as a call listener. My job is to listen to calls from different businesses in America so that I can identify if it is a value or non-value call.
I am very organized, willing to learn and can manage different working shift. I am very keen to details and a good listener. Knowledge in Microsoft office and Excel.
