Profile Description

I have a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Tourism from the Philippine University. I enjoy meeting new people and learning about their lives and backgrounds. I easily finds common interests with strangers and tends to make most people feel comfortable. And recently I studied Virtual Assistant/Social Media Marketing course online to broaden my knowledge in digital marketing.
As a customer service representative, I have experience in resolving complex customer inquiries, answered queries about services or products as well as sell them.
Also as a bank teller , I have experience assisting customers with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments, tracking, recording, reporting, and storing information related to transactions and bank supplies. Maintaining and balancing cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies, handling currency, transactions, and confidential information in a responsible manner. I also have experience
as a travel agent , I planned details for travel including transportation, accommodation, and airlines. Work with clients to determine their traveling needs. I also book transportation and hotel reservations on behalf of clients. Meet sales targets and profit goals. I am willing to learn more and undergo training as needed.
