Profile Description

I've been working since 2007 dealing with customers with their needs. My first job was an Insurance Coordinator for Ford cars then I worked as Marketing Coordinator for McDonalds and help them reach their desired sales every month. After a while, I worked with Pizza hut as front desk service crew. With all my experiences dealing with customers, I then realize that I'm capable of assisting with their needs which led me to venture on BPO career. For 10 years until present, I've been with cable, telecommunication services, medical account and I'm still working under the BPO industry right now and it taught me a lot on how to handle customers under pressure as well as develop my skills and knowledge. Currently, I'm dealing with back end office where in I enter orders and make sure that it will be sent to the correct address. I also update files and insurances and guarantee accuracy with customers profile. Given all the experiences I have, I believe that I would be able to help you make your life easier and handle your customers needs accurately. I can easily learn and willing to be trained and rest assured that your expectations will be achieved.
