Profile Description

As a certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, I have several key responsibilities in managing and evaluating an organization's Quality Management System (QMS):

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop a comprehensive audit plan, including determining the scope, objectives, and audit criteria

Conduct systematic evaluations of an organization's quality management system to assess compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements

Compile detailed audit reports highlighting non-conformities, areas of improvement, and recommendations for corrective actions

Ensure corrective actions are implemented by the organization

Specific Audit Duties: 

Plan, conduct, report, and follow up on quality management system audits

Identify organizational processes and opportunities for improvement

Lead internal and external audit teams

Manage audit teaUpgrade to see actual infombers by appointing roles and duties

Conduct first, second, and third-party audits

Maintain objectivity and impartiality throughout the auditing process

Key Skills Required:

Understand the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle

Apply process approach to quality management

Recognize quality management terms and principles

Evaluate documentation and processes against ISO 9001:2015 standards
