Hello Team! I am Catherine Busico and I am new here. If you are looking at my profile, you will not see much but I can guarantee you that once you give me your trust as your Virtual Assistant that will be one of the best decision you will ever make.
I have been working in Business Process Outsourcing for more few years now and I would like to face new challenges in being Virtual assistant. I have experienced in Customer Service (billing and technical), I worked with different types of personality that also helped me be better in my assigned task.
I am working in a Hospitality account now dealing with booking reservations for Host and Guest. I take phone calls, email and chats. On the Host side I need to make sure that they are fully assisted with their payouts and listing information. On the Guest side I need to make sure that if there is any issue with the reservation like cancellation and refund I will help them find another place to stay.
Sometimes there will be personality conflict with Host and Guest and mediation is needed, and I always make sure that fair resolution is provided.
