-Receiving Clerk - tasked to verify deliveries based on quality standards and process invoices in MC inventory system.
- Procurement Officer - tasked to process PR by asking for quotations, PO preparation and emailing order to suppliers.
- Cost Control Assistant - reconciliation of inventories, tasked to do cost accounting.
- Cost Control Supervisor - tasked to do monthly reconciliation for food & Upgrade to see actual info-charged for bookkeeping and monitoring payables.
- Cost Controller - the goal is to control food costs at a certain budget, minimize food waste, maximize usage of inventory, avoid slow-moving items, utilize near expiry items, and meet the budgeted food & beverage costs set by the company.
