specialize in Graphic design, and I have my training in the Department of
Information and Communications Technology with a General Virtual Assistance
course for 24 days and another 24 days for marketing. I am trained on virtual
assistant job. The said training helped me enhance my skills in various areas

In addition, I also have one year and six months of experience
as a call center agent. I handled two different accounts consecutively in Amazon
as well as a travel account on the same platform. This work essentially helped
me improve my communication skills both written and verbal, and with the association
of technology. I am able to work under pressure, staying alert and assertive to
every single detail, and perform multi-tasking. I can do customer service.
Working in a team environment, I grew familiar with interacting with a large
group of people. I can adjust and get along with my workmates. I have also been
a Quality Assurance Staff for two years and eight months which help me to be
more accustomed with MS Microsoft Office, basic Photoshop editing, report
presentation, etc. During my stay with them, I was able to attend different types
of training. One of it is the Basic First Aid Procedures and Basic Occupational
Safety and Health (BOSH) Training for Safety Officer 1.
