Throughout my position in AT&T, for example, I maintained my consistency in contributing to the successful development of the said company. Specifically, I was able to successfully manage customers’ concerns from bill inquiry, service orders (e.g. wireless, Uverse TV, internet, telephone, and Directv), accepting payments, down to the most basic questions about their service. Furthermore, I was able to communicate with customers in identifying their needs, such as rightsizing plans or packages to lower their bills, upgrading or downgrading their services, and selling new services that might be of interest to the customers.
