First, we source leads from different job boards like Indeed, Careerbuilder, or LinkedIn. After sourcing, we analyze the leads, check their resumes, check the location as it should be within the required mile radius, we check the recency as there are times there are gaps, we do this to paper screen the leads.
I also had years of working as a Customer Service Representative, I handled inbound calls answering general inquiries, billing concerns, and general troubleshooting.
