I've been in the Call Center-VA industry for almost 7 years now (3 years in a call center and almost 4 years as a VA). I was a Fraud Prevention Officer for 2 years for a call center, and now I'm back on the phone but now with the comfort of working at home. I have good communication skills, both written and verbal. I'm fond of working with the use of Microsoft Office Tools, especially Excel. I have good Organizational and Time Management skills. I can coordinate well with teammates and other departments. Most importantly, I am a good follower.
