- Updating applicants status in ATS and Taleo
- Giving exams to the applicants- Giving Job Offer and Job Contracts- Giving and collecting pre employment requirements- Making weekly and monthy reports- Endorsing hired applicants to new employee orientation- Responsible in various human resource functions including recruitment, sourcing, candidate background check, compilation of requirements, and preparing job offer and job contract- Update and maintain Taleo System on daily basis of applicants latest status including application, interview, offer, hire, and disposition- Ensures recruiting compliance for all processed hires (EDS/Taleo)Confirms if all requirements, results, and necessary documents are completed by candidatesInforms the HR of the complete list of candidates for the new hire orientation- Performed administrative tasks in support of companywide recruiting effortsCompiled applicant’s information and related material for recordsResponsible for updating and monitoring background verification and medical results
