My name is Upgrade to see actual info I've been working for 4 years. I've handled different accounts like Sales and Customer Service for both inbound and outbound programs. I have been an online freelancer for 2 years. I have worked with Telco account, with health care products and hearing aids. I do appointment setting and cold calling. With those clients, I’ve used several dialers and CRM’s.

I learned to do challenging roles such as multitasking, selling, email management, setting up appointments, and customer handling. My sales experience honed me to be an effective salesperson, broaden my knowledge, and improve my skills in presenting and selling products to make sure I do get the quality and quantity of numbers.
