My first job was a Data Analyst for Accenture Inc., handling data entry and analysis for a health insurance company based in the US. I stayed for 2 years and transferred to a BPO company as a Customer Service Representative in which I acquired skills related to Customer Billing and Sales. After 2 years, I believe that I could handle more tasks and supervise my own team so I applied as a supervisor. I got promoted and was given my own team which handled Billing and Sales for an Australian Telco company. During my time as a supervisor I handled reports, daily coaching and mentoring for my team, skill development, and addressing other team concerns. I also created presentations and presented in client meetings regarding data gathered from the complaints that were handled. I handled the Complaints team for the company and was awarded multiple times for performance. I transferred to another account in January 2019 handling the customer service team/complaints team for an Online Grocery Shopping company based in Singapore. Had to leave for a while to take care of my mother who was sick and then got another Job as a Technical Support Engineer for Oracle on August 2019 and stayed until my resignation last December 2020.
