My name is Upgrade to see actual info, and I am currently in the Marketing and Sales department of my current employer. I have had 13 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong background in writing, an interest in child development and sports, research, and social media.

My skills in full-cycle recruitment are extensive and have been proven in a wide variety of industries. I have a deep understanding of the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retention. I have the ability to successfully identify and recruit top talent for any organization.

In addition to recruitment, I am an experienced writer. Though not formally in my previous job titles, but I specialize in crafting decent and compelling copy that grabs employees’ attention and motivates them to take action. I also have a knack for creating interesting and informative content that is engaging and informative.

I also have a personal interest in child development through sports. I have been previously exposed to and even organized an event that supported healing children of war through football (soccer). I have an understanding of the importance of child safety, developmentally appropriate activities, and the importance of positive reinforcement.

Moreover, I have a basic background in research. I have conducted research in a variety of fields, including education, psychology, marketing, and business. My research skills have enabled me to be efficient at work, as well as helping me to learn more about my personal interests.
