I have a solid background in Real Estate, Property Management both STR and long term leases, as well as HOA management. I have used tools such as Appfolio, Buildium, DocuSign, Zendesk, Asana, Property Meld, Zinspector and Transaction Desk.
My experience in Property Management includes leasing out properties, vendor, tenant, and owner coordination, collections as well as dealing with contractors, I also have experience with handling work orders and SOP creation. In the field of Real Estate, I have various experiences with transactions, coordination, acquisitions, Renovation/Rehab, and Investor and Customer Communications. I handled VIP landlords and was the main point of contact of the board of trustees within the HOA that I managed.
