I am a self-motivated and productive Virtual Assistant with a strong admin support, social media management and bookkeeping background. I am able to multi-task and organize while maintaining a high level of accuracy due to my organizational skills. I have an extensive experience with management tools such as Trello, Notion and Airtable. I am able to process data using Google Suite or Microsoft Office. I have started to design graphics using Canva.
I'm also a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and a Xero Advisor. I have recorded transactions and reconciled accounts in QuickBooks and Xero. I generate monthly financial reports such as balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and an account payable and receivable summary.
