     *Post and record your day-to-day transactions for easy tracking of money coming in and out 
     *Categorize transactions properly to present the correct amount of income and expenses
     *Reconcile accounts and bank transactions to come up with the correct balances 
     *Maintain accurate financial records to find them easily when needed- Cleans up messy books and keep them updated
     *Prepare financial reports so you would know the financial status of your business
     *Keep your business finances separate from personal to simplify business expense tracking

     *Recognizes that timeliness of financial reports is crucial in making intelligent business decisions
     *Values interpersonal relationships but can also work independently with minimum to no supervision
     *Believes in doing things right the first time and gives extra attention to details
     *Maintains a level of confidentiality and can handle sensitive financial information with discretion
     *Has extensive knowledge of bookkeeping but is still willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
     *Love numbers and knows the principle of debits and credits
