Profile Description

I started my career in a BPO industry since 2011. Been in a different centers and handled different accounts. Started as an agent and promoted as a supervisor. I learned a lot of skills in my 10 years of experience in this industry. The first skill that I learned is negotiation Upgrade to see actual info dealing with customers you need to have this skill to communicate, persuade, plan, and strategize. Understanding these skills is the first step to becoming a stronger Upgrade to see actual infocond, the skill of being responsible, when I handled a team for 4 years I became a responsible person because I've been dealing with agents and their individual performance. And you will be held accountable if something happens to them. Third will be people skills. At first, it was hard for me to handle a team because you will be handling people with different personalities but as the time goes by and I have gone through leadership trainings it was just easy for me to get their buy ins. You really need to gain your agent's trust in order for them to perform and hit their goals.
