Assistant Restaurant Manager
I have been working with Jollibee Food Corporation for more than 3 years as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. In this role, I am responsible for the daily operations of the establishment. I help to hire, train, and schedule staff to meet expected business demands. Additionally, I set standards for service and food quality and work with employees to ensure these standards are met. I also handle tasks such as purchasing, reconciling daily sales, and depositing restaurant receipts. In most restaurants, I try to be visible to employees and guests alike, willing and able to solve any issues that may arise. The background requirements for this position vary widely. Some companies may require their managers to have a bachelor's or associate's degree in hospitality management, along with extensive practical experience. In other settings, experience in supervising and managing operations within a restaurant setting is more valued than formal education. As a manager, I work 45-55 hour workweeks in a restaurant, including weekends and holidays. Working at Jollibee has been my best experience. I have learned a lot, such as teamwork and the spirit of family.
Virtual Assistant| Ticket Purchaser| Buying Assistant
I worked as a virtual assistant/purchasing assistant for ticket brokers. They assigned me to a special team after training, and within just a couple of months, I became a trainer for newly hired VAs. I am proficient in using shows on sale and data pricing tool software to monitor tickets, such as SkyBox, 1tickets, and Brokergenius. I am also very familiar with Ticketmaster, AXS, SeatGeek, and StubHub. One of my tasks was purchasing standard and presale tickets, and my main task was monitoring ticket availability or speculating tickets. We used Google Sheets to monitor venues, artists, events, and other data that we needed to organize and monitor. I also analyzed and solved problems when something needed fixing on our system.
Presale/onsale Event Researcher
I have 1 year of experience in presale and on-sale event research, using tools such as Ticketflipping, Chartmetric, Google Trends, Show on Sale, Eagle Analytic, and SeatGeek scraping. These tools help me gauge an event's popularity, track market trends, and identify lucrative opportunities for buying presale and on-sale tickets. I analyze data from these tools to identify events with high demand and potential for profit. Then, I purchase presale and on-sale tickets at competitive prices, considering the best sections and seats for maximum return.
