Profile Description

I have almost 6 years of technical support experience mixed with customer service (QuickBooks) and an added 5 years of Technical Help Desk experience. Answered inbound telephone calls, doing outbound as follow-ups, doing email backlogs, supporting escalations and triage cases/calls and assisted customers with resolving technical issues they were experiencing with their software and computers. Utilizing excellent customer service and technical knowledge skills I was able to successfully resolve any technology issue. I have ample knowledge of computer technology, even way back in high school I was eager to know more about computer specifications, builds and trends and have kept abreast of the frequent changes that occur in applications and hardware as technology advances. I also have work experience with providing technical/customer service support with an accounting software (QuickBooks). Facebook Marketing is an addition way back when I'm doing network marketing, to sell my services/products, I used Facebooks ads in order to generate more sales.
